2024 FOUNDERS' AWARD Go to the Abstract Founders Award Submission section and click the "New Submission" link. The Founders' Award allows for an Extended Abstract not to exceed 1,500 words, represents original research on a basic science of clinical vascular subject and should be submitted by a Trainee (i.e. student, resident or fellow) currently in a program located in one of the states comprising the membership of the Southern Association for Vascular Surgery. The material must concern peripheral arterial, venous, or lymphatic disease and must not have been presented, submitted, or published elsewhere. A manuscript suitable for publication in the Journal of Vascular Surgery will be required at the time of presentation. Judging will be based on the quality of the extended abstract and authors will be notified prior to this year's meeting.
